The Ballad of Gay Tony offers new vehicles, such as Super Drop Diamond (cabriolet), new weapons – P90 for instance, new internet sites and TV broadcasts. In so doing, the player can increase their mission scores described in percentages. The expansion offers twenty-six spectacular missions, which can be replayed after finishing the main storyline. In The Ballad of Gay Tony for PC, X360 and PS3, the gameplay consists mainly of completing dangerous missions, requiring the protagonist to perform such breakneck actions as exploding a yacht, stealing a car of a city train or parachuting off a skyscraper's terrace. The city seems to be less dirty now, and streets are illuminated with neons reflected on the chrome paint of luxurious cars. The action takes place in Liberty City known from the core game, but apart from cosmetic improvements, the expansion adds mainly interiors of new clubs, such as Hercules or Maisonette 9, as well as a golf course. Luis' task is to help him by any means necessary. A bit more somber than the rest of the titles on this list, Night in the Woods takes a darker tone with its LGBTQ+ representation. Due to his peculiar lifestyle, he cannot deal with certain problems himself. The boss is in trouble, for both Russian and Italian mobsters are after him. He is a part-time gangster and an assistant of the legendary king of night clubs – Tony Prince, nicknamed Gay Tony. In The Ballad of Gay Tony for PC, X360 and PS3, the player assumes the role of Luis Lopez. In the latter case, the base game is not required. The expansion was released also in a set containing The Lost and Damned as well. The expansion brings a separate story set in Liberty City, and the core game is required to experience it. Both the expansion and the core game were developed by Rockstar Games.
